Types Of Marketing Included: Anything needed to sell the house fast. MLS listing, signage, printed materials, an open house, premium listings, and so on. You will have to determine the most cost-effective marketing for your property.
Time Commitment From You:  As little as possible. Between screening calls, answering questions, showing the property, and keeping it clean, you will be spending several hours per week. More if you want to sell fast.
Fees / Commissions:  Negotiated commission. Marketing costs, your time, closing costs, administrative fees, and more.
